Muse Consultancy and Legal Services Ltd was established in 2019 by Aysegul Bogrun, who is dual-qualified as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul bar in Turkey and a solicitor in England & Wales.
Prior to her legal career, Ms Bogrun had 12 years of corporate experience working for leading Turkish companies in their foreign investment and legal departments; and, for the previous seven years before setting up Muse Legal, she focused primarily on litigation, dispute resolution, and handling corporate matters of Turkish and international clients in a boutique law office in Istanbul. She studied law at Queen Mary University of London, and upon successfully completing the QLTS scheme, she became a solicitor of the senior courts in England and Wales in 2021.
Ms Bogrun is also a sworn translator (certified by the Turkish notary public system) and a Level 6 DPSI (Law) interpreter, with a focus on complex legal documents and public service matters.
